Vivid uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies selectively to make the product work, remember preferences and support requested features.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files stored by a website. Similar browser technologies include localStorage, IndexedDB, service-worker caches and other client-side storage. This Policy uses “cookies” as a general term where appropriate.
2. Essential technologies
Some storage is necessary for core functions such as authentication state, security, preferences, PWA operation and local library functionality. Disabling or clearing required storage can sign you out, reset preferences or reduce functionality.
3. Preference and functionality storage
Vivid may store interface preferences, language choices, library state or application settings locally so the experience remains consistent between visits. These values are not a substitute for a secure account database.
4. Analytics and measurement
Where analytics services are enabled, they may receive technical and usage information needed to understand performance and product usage. Analytics configuration may change as the product evolves. We aim to use measurement for product and reliability purposes rather than collecting unrelated personal information.
5. Third-party technologies
Embedded trailers, authentication services, payment services, playback providers and other third-party integrations may set or access their own cookies or similar technologies. Those providers are responsible for their own technology and privacy practices.
Vivid uses Adcash Autotag to deliver advertising on site pages other than the watch/player page. Adcash and its partners may set or access cookies or similar identifiers and process technical information for ad delivery, frequency controls, fraud prevention and measurement. Their use is governed by their own policies and controls.
6. Managing storage
Your browser provides controls for viewing, blocking and deleting cookies and site storage. You can also clear Vivid's stored application data through your browser or device settings. Some Vivid features may stop working correctly after required storage is removed.
7. Updates
We may update this Policy when technologies or providers change. The effective date at the top will be updated with a new version.
