Accessibility is part of the product.
We want Vivid to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible across phones, tablets, desktops and installed PWAs.
Our approach
We design and maintain the interface with accessibility in mind, including semantic structure, visible focus, responsive layouts, readable text, accessible labels and support for reduced motion where practical.
Current considerations
- Keyboard-accessible interactive controls where technically applicable.
- Responsive layouts for small and large screens.
- Reduced-motion handling for non-essential animation.
- Readable contrast and scalable typography.
- Labels and status messaging for important interactive controls.
- Playback and media controls that should remain usable across supported devices.
Third-party content
Some media, players, trailers, authentication screens and embedded services are controlled by third parties. Their accessibility can depend on the provider and may not be fully controlled by Vivid.
Report a barrier
If you cannot complete an important task because of an accessibility barrier, tell us what you were trying to do, the page or feature, your device/browser, and what would have helped. Use Contact and choose Accessibility.
Commitment
Accessibility feedback is treated as product feedback. We may update this statement and the interface as we identify issues, add features or improve compatibility.
